Welcome to our shipping policy FAQ page. Here you'll find answers to some of the most commonly asked questions about our shipping policy.
Q: Do you have discreet packaging?
A: Our packaging is not labeled with "Doggy Style" and there is no suggestion as to the contents inside the package.
Q: How long does it take to prepare my order for shipping?
A: We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Most orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping costs vary depending on the weight and size of your order, as well as your location. You can see the shipping costs for your order at checkout before you confirm your purchase. Free shipping is available - see below!
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $50.00 in the USA and on orders over USD $100 for orders outside the USA. The discount is automatically made available to choose as your shipping option when your shopping cart exceeds that amount.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Yes we do and we offer free international shipping as well (see above)! We proudly ship to most locations in the world, including Canada, Mexico, Europe, South America, and more. If you find that yours is a country we don't ship to and want to receive Doggy Style products, reach out via our Contact page with your address and we'll let you know what your shipping costs will be.
Q: I am ordering from outside the United States. Will I be responsible for paying duties, taxes and/or courier brokerage fees?
A: When you place an order with a destination outside of the United States, it is possible that your package may be subject to additional fees (duties, taxes, and/or courier brokerage fees). These fees are determined upon your package's arrival to your country and are charged by your country's government or the courier service. Doggy Style does not have control of or influence over these fees. Doggy Style's shipping fees do not include your country's charges for duties, taxes and/or courier brokerage fees and you will be responsible for paying any additional charges that are levied in your country. NOTE: if you take advantage of free shipping (see earlier free shipping question), this will help lessen your total cost. International orders that total USD $100 or more are eligible for free international shipping.
Q: What shipping carriers do you use?
A: We use a variety of shipping carriers, including DHL, USPS and UPS. You'll have the choice of which options you want to choose during the check out process. The carrier options for your order will depend on your location and the size and weight of your order.
Q: What are my shipping length options?
A: We offer standard and express shipping options via DHL, USPS and UPS, with the fastest USA option being a 2 day shipping option. Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days for delivery. International shipping can vary; view your options at checkout.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: If you choose a trackable shipping method, you'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. You can use this tracking number to track your order's progress and estimated delivery date.
Q: What happens if my package is lost during shipping?
A: If your package is lost during shipping, please contact our customer service team via our Contact page as soon as possible. We'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order.
Q: What happens if the contents of my order are damaged during shipping?
A: If the contents of your order are damaged during shipping, please reach out to us via our Contact page and we will gladly assist you in obtaining a replacement.
